Program Description

Dove Storage sends text messages to tenants who have opted in, regarding their storage account and tenancy. Messages include gate access codes and lock combinations, rent reminders and payment confirmations, past-due and lien notices, facility closures and weather alerts, and move-in and move-out confirmations.

We do not send advertising or promotional text messages under this program.

How to Opt In

Consent is collected on a standalone SMS Communications Consent form that is separate from your rental agreement.

Consent is optional. You may rent a storage unit from Dove Storage without agreeing to receive text messages. Your rate, your access, and your rental terms are not affected by your choice.

The form is presented as a separate signed page at our facilities and as a standalone, unchecked optional checkbox in our online rental portal.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Dove Storage does not charge for these messages. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. You may also email info@dovestorage.com or call your facility.

Opting out does not affect your rental. You will continue to receive notices by mail and email as required by your Rental Agreement.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
