What are the office hours?
To assist you effectively, our office at the Hubbard location is open from Monday to Saturday, operating between the accommodating hours of 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. For your convenience, our other locations are remotely managed, ensuring prompt responses to your inquiries and needs.

What hours do I have access to my storage unit?
We recognize the importance of having access to your belongings whenever you need them. At our Hubbard location, you can conveniently access your storage unit 24/7, providing you with the flexibility you desire. For our Pottstown and Stroudsburg locations, we offer access hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which still allows for ample time to retrieve or store your items.

Of course! Choosing the right size can sometimes be a bit challenging. To assist you in making an informed decision, we've created a comprehensive size guide on our website. How do I pay?
You have multiple convenient options for payment. Not only can you pay directly on our user-friendly website using a Credit Card or ACH direct deposit, but you also have the option to utilize our 24-hour automated payment system by calling in. Our goal is to make the payment process as seamless as possible for you.

What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept a wide variety of payment methods for your convenience. This includes all major Credit Cards and ACH direct deposits. However, please note that we currently do not accept cash payments to ensure the safety and security of our transactions.

Are there any Credit Card fees?
Absolutely not! We value transparency with our customers, and we can confidently say that there are no hidden credit card fees when you choose to pay with your card.

How long is the rental commitment?
Flexibility is one of our core principles. When you rent a self-storage unit from us, you're not tied down to a long-term commitment. Instead, our units are available on a month-to-month basis, giving you the freedom to decide how long you need the storage.
What items am I not allowed to store?
While we offer a wide range of storage options, certain items cannot be stored in our facilities to maintain safety and adhere to regulations. Items such as perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids are not permitted for storage. This policy ensures the safety of all our customers and complies with legal guidelines.

Do I need insurance?
Ensuring the safety and security of your stored items is paramount. Yes, you are required to have insurance when you rent a unit with us. If you don't currently have insurance, don't worry! We offer a comprehensive protection plan that you can enroll in for as low as $12 a month. This plan is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing that your belongings are covered.

How do I move my items into the storage unit?
The process is designed for your convenience. Simply drive up to your designated unit, and you can effortlessly move your items in. Our facility is structured to ensure ease of access for loading and unloading.

Do I need a lock when I rent a storage unit?
Yes, but for your peace of mind and added security, we provide a complimentary Dove Storage lock when you move in. However, you're always free to use a personal lock if you have a preferred one.

What security measures do you have in place?
Security is one of our top priorities. We've implemented state-of-the-art 24-hour video surveillance throughout the facilities. Additionally, all our storage areas are fully fenced and come with gated access that requires individualized keypad entry. Furthermore, we conduct regular checks to ensure that all units are securely locked at all times. Your belongings' safety is our commitment.

When do I need to notify the facility before moving out?
It's important for us to have a bit of notice to manage our units efficiently. Therefore, we kindly request that you give a notice of at least 10 days before you plan to move out.

What type of parking options do you provide?
For customers looking to store vehicles such as RVs, cars, boats, and other transportation equipment, we provide secure outdoor parking spaces. Rest assured that your valuable assets will be well-protected within our facilities.
