I have been renting a number of storage spaces from this establishment for approximately 6 months. They have a range of different sizes, all of which are well maintained and clean, no issues.
All I can say is, so thankful for Dove storage!
My daughter and I were moving two hours away. It was a very chaotic move because it was just us. Having Dove Storage less than a mile away from us was a godsend. Any issues I ran into, one of which I could not get the lock off due to my own fault, I was able to get customer service on the phone immediately. They were wonderful and walked me through everything. My last interaction was with Mark who was so awesome and was such a very nice representative. I was having trouble with my bank account/auto pay and had acquired a few fees which Mark was able to help me with.
I have rented many storage spaces in the past and it does become difficult to get a hold of someone all the time, but this staff is right on it, and always available. Thank you Dove storage for making an extremely difficult move, so much easier. ♥️
